Delete your MoveCheap account
Request permanent deletion of your MoveCheap (com.justmovecheap.movecheap) account and associated personal data. You do not need to reinstall the app.
What will be deleted
When your deletion request is approved, we permanently remove:
- Your MoveCheap account and profile information
- Contact details (name, email, phone number)
- Delivery and order history tied to your account
- In-app messages and support conversations
- Saved addresses, preferences, and device tokens
- Payment method references stored for your account
What may be retained
Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Transaction, tax, and accounting records
- Records needed to prevent fraud or resolve disputes
- Anonymized or aggregated analytics that no longer identify you
Retained data is kept only as long as legally or operationally necessary, then securely deleted or anonymized.
How long deletion takes
After we verify your identity, account and personal data deletion is typically completed within 7–14 business days. You will no longer be able to sign in once the process is finished. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
