MoveCheap collects information from users in three ways:

• Vehicle info (for Deliverers): Vehicle and insurance details.
• Demographic info: Birthdate, age, gender (optional).

2. Automatically during app use:

• Location data: While fulfilling deliveries (with permission).
• Transaction data: Package details, payments, order history.
• Usage data: App activity, crashes, timestamps, features used.
• Device data: Model, OS, IP, network info, identifiers.
• Communication data: In-app messages and notifications.

3. From other sources:

• Referrals: Information from the referring user.
• Disputes or claims: Information provided by users or others.

• MoveCheap is not liable for personal injury, theft, or lost packages.

MoveCheap does not sell your personal data. We also do not share your personal data with third parties for their own advertising or marketing.

To operate the service, limited data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers that act on our instructions (for example, hosting, secure payment processing, or delivery coordination). These providers may only use the data to perform services for MoveCheap and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may disclose information to legal authorities if required by law.

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Data that is no longer needed is securely deleted or anonymized.

7A. Data and Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your MoveCheap account and all associated data at any time without reinstalling the app.

You may also request deletion through MoveCheap app settings.

Once we verify your identity, we will permanently delete your personal information from our systems, except where retention is required by law (for example, for tax, payment, or security purposes). This process typically takes 7–14 business days.
